In my most recent role as a field service manager at FloridaTours.com, I was responsible for leading a team of dedicated drivers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients and guests across the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, as well as reporting daily logs, accidents, delays, emergencies, driver-routing issues, and scheduling via MS Excel.
